One or two postdoctoral fellow positions are available at the Chen lab, Department of Bioengineering and Therapeutic Sciences, UCSF. The Chen lab studies molecular genetics and signaling pathways during liver cancer development with the goal to develop novel therapy for the treatment of this deadly malignancy. We are seeking highly motivated candidates who have demonstrated academic excellence, recently obtained Ph.D in broad biomedical research fields. Experiences in molecular biology, cancer biology and bioinformatics are highly desired. The laboratory is located at UCSF Parnassus campus with multiple liver research scientists, which offers tremendous training opportunities for cutting edge techniques.
