Job Requirements: 

REQUIREMENTS:  Spanish speaking desirable but not required  Completion of license-eligible doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology  Possession of a valid Psychological Assistant registration issued by the State of California Board of Psychology, or ability to be registered prior to commencement of position. SKILLS:  Serves as a key member of the primary care team  Plan and implement appropriate and effective treatment methods  Communicate effectively in both oral and written form  Conduct effective and appropriate individual and group psycho-education and psychotherapy  Train others at various levels of expertise in the concepts and theories of the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness  Prepare and present a variety of reports of both professional and administrative nature  Establish and maintain effective work relationships with the administrative staff and treatment team
