Seeking licensed general dentists to provide services via a mobile practice to homeless, low income seniors, immigrants, and other populations that have little or no access to dental care.  Must be proficient in all dental procedures.  Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.  On-Site Dental Care Foundation is a non profit 501C3 that has been delivering oral health services to those with little access to care since 2003.  Our model partners with other community organizations to insure extra support for the patients so treatment plans can be completed.  We operate the practice as a clinic, and locate the mobile practice at sites such as churches, homeless shelters, community clinics, and other sites familiar and easily accessible by the targeted population/s.  We provide comprehensive services, including exams, education, prophys, SRP's, extractions, fillings, root canals, and dentures.  If you are interested in being part of a team dedicated to providing quality, comprehensive oral health services to those that have little access, please contact us.
