The Roche Rising Star Program has three tracks: 1) Customer Engagement, 2) Medical and 3) Marketing Access. Each track has different development direction. Candidates needs to apply for the specific track in application process, based on your career interest and education background.
Key Responsibilities:
· Follow program rotation assignments to complete relevant working tasks and learning objectives in each rotation, which are identified by your rotation managers.
· Proactively contribute with the business to drive patient and customer centric outcomes through your expertise and business knowledge
· Connect the dots as entrepreneurs to generate value, prioritize investments and make trade-off decisions
· Own your development to ensure you are continuously growing skills and capabilities in line with your passion and the needs of the Organization
· Projects and other tasks assigned by your business program manager.
· Have certain level flexibility on relocation assignments and business travel.
In Marketing rotation, you are expected to:
· Perform external/Internal market insights and data analysis;
· Conduct marketing activity execution and projects;
· Customer / KOL engagement and relationship maintenance;
· Collaborate with other commercial teams to work together and reach sales outcomes;
In Marketing Access rotation, you are expected to:
· Understand full picture of market access with availability, affordability and accessibility perspectives;
· Assist to set up central strategy on market access, hospital access, distribution and bidding, etc. with profound knowledge about policy trend and market data insights
· Plan relevant project and activities or build up effective management system/operation procedure according to business needs
· Collaborates with highly matrixed cross-functional teams.
In Medical rotation, you are expected to:
· Being expertise in disease area;
· Evidence generation experiences;
· Scientific communication and KOL engagement/management skills;
· Strategic thinking;
· Learn how to be the scientific leader and strategic partner
a. Customer Engagement
