A postdoctoral position is available immediately to investigate genomic and OMICs determinants underlying pregnancy loss and other conditions. The candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and perform sophisticated analyses including whole genome sequencing, single-cell sequencing, assessment of environmental exposures, and integrative metabolomics. The primary objective is to elucidate genomic markers and develop predictive molecular signatures to better understand and prevent pregnancy loss and other adverse outcomes. This work directly contributes to developing clinically applicable non-invasive prenatal diagnostics.
- Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or closely related fields
- Preferred experience in reproductive biology; however, it is not essential.
- Familiarity with next-generation sequencing (NGS), single-cell sequencing, and basic molecular biology techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
Interested candidates should send their CV and a brief statement of research interests directly to Aleks Rajkovic at [email protected].
