Research Focus: In this position, you will delve into the molecular mechanisms controlling lncRNA and exosome function during cellular stress conditions and cancer progression. Your work will employ a wide range of cutting-edge techniques, including CRISPR screening, human cell culture, cloning, flow cytometry, protein assays, RNA sequencing (RNAseq), RNA interference (RNAi), single-cell analysis, and mouse models.
