Job Requirements: 

Essential Skills

• PhD or equivalent in a relevant field • Background in phylodynamics, epidemiologic modeling, and/or transmission dynamics • Strong statistical and computational skills

• Demonstrated ability to produce independent, creative work • Ability to work well as member of a team • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Helpful Skills

• Background in basic biology, population genetics, ecology, and next generation sequencing data • Experience in analysis/modeling of infectious diseases • Programming experience in in C++
