Two postdoctoral positions are available immediately in the laboratory of Oliver Dorigo MD, Ph.D., Director of Division of Gynecologic Oncology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Stanford University School of Medicine. The laboratory focuses on the development of immunotherapeutic strategies for gynecologic cancer using cell and mouse models. We are in particular interested in the role of macrophages in ovarian cancer. The successful candidate will have a doctoral degree in cancer biology or immunology, be proficient in standard cellular and molecular biology techniques. and work with mouse models of cancer. Preference will be given to newly graduated candidates with experience in immunology. We foster collegial and highly collaborative environment, so excellent communication skills are essential.
