We are looking for a candidate having the following qualifications:
- Advanced research degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in neuroimaging, neuroinformatics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, applied mathematics, biomedical engineering or neuroscience
- Strong expertise in one or more of:
- Graph theory, pattern recognition and computational modeling
- Strong coding and software engineering skills
- Machine Learning / Deep Learning
- MRI image acquisition, reconstruction and processing
-Genomics, informatics and spatial transcriptomics
-fMRI, EEG and MEG data analysis
-Neuro-image analysis
-Familiarity with ADNI, PPMI, HCP, ABCD and other public neuroimaging databases
-Familiarity with neuroimaging tools like Freesurfer, AFNI, SPM, FSL, BrainStorm, EEGLab
-Signal, image and vision processing
- Experience in software development and tools such as MatLab, Python
