We are looking for a like-minded physical therapist to join our team! Pro+Kinetix Physical Therapy & Performance is an out-of-network physical therapy clinic that offers physical therapy, sports performance and personal training services. By being out-of-network we can treat the patient as a whole and provide more optimal care for our patients. That means we work for the patient and not the insurance companies. We are committed to treating the cause of pain and not just the symptoms.
We help active adults and athletes in Oakland and the surrounding Bay Area get back to workouts and sports they enjoy without surgery, stopping activities they love, or relying on pain medication. We have numerous relationships with gyms and fitness facilities across the Bay Area who trust us with their members/clients. With that being said, 100% of our patient population are active individuals who are having some type of pain or discomfort and are motivated to get back to exercising pain free. Once patients are pain free and back to exercising pain free we also offer strength & conditioning/personal training to help them remain strong and pain free in a safe and welcoming environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Physical Therapist with CA Licensure
- Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (not required, but preferred)
- USA Weightlifting Certification (not required, but preferred)
- Internally motivated clinician who is passionate for physical therapy and sports performance
- Must be “coachable” and accept constructive criticism
- Comfortable with marketing, completing videos for Instagram/Facebook, and completing workshops at local gyms and fitness facilities
- An individual who “walks the talk” by exercises regularly themselves whether it is running, strength training, CrossFit, Yoga, etc.. as they will be working with a patient case load who are 100% active themselves
- An individual who is potentially interested in moving into a management/clinician role as we grow and continue to expand throughout the Bay Area (not required, but preferred)

The Position:
This is a part-time (20 hrs/wk or more) OR full-time position (40 hrs./wk). Hours of operation are: Monday – Saturday 7:30am – 7:00pm. Physical Therapists, strength & conditioning coaches, personal trainers, and admin staff all work together to provide an exceptional and memorable experience for our clients and one that keeps them coming back and compels them to tell all of their friends and family about us.
