This is a part-time role with the opportunity to expand into a full-time position. As a Physical Therapist at Opus Physio, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized musculoskeletal care to our clients. What You’ll Do:
Clinical Skills
- Conducting thorough musculoskeletal assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
- Demonstrating proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients using evidence-based practices.
- Developing individualized treatment plans and guiding clients through 60-minute sessions to address their specific concerns.
- Staying updated on current research, advancements, and best practices relevant to the field of physical therapy and movement.
- Efficiently manage patient schedules and workload to meet or exceed target volume of patients seen per week.
- Maintaining high-quality care while ensuring timeliness and follow-through in documentation, billing, and correspondence.
- Supporting ongoing plans of care with email, phone, and text support as needed in between sessions
- Writing performance and prehab training programs for clients in remote/hybrid models

- Competitive pay of $50-65/hour (part-time), $100,000-$135,000 (full-time) + bonus, commensurate with experience.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient, orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy. Highly skilled new grads will be considered.
- Strong manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement coaching skills.
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
- Active Basic Life Support Certification for healthcare providers.
- Masters’ degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
- Comfortable with or willing to learn basic sales/communication skills.
- Background in Strength and Conditioning and/or other movement disciplines preferred.
- Experience utilizing social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement a plus.
