ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're seeking a fitness focused, confident, and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team of 5 world-class clinicians. Your day-to-day will involve treating a diverse caseload of dynamic individuals—from runners to weekend warriors—using our Pro+Kinetix 3-Step Therapy System. You’ll be a member of our Growth Team and will collaborate with local fitness professionals, check in with patients to ensure unparalleled care and cultivate a community presence through networking and referrals to accelerate our already rapid growth.

As a Physical Therapist at Pro+Kinetix, you’ll be plugged into a proven, but flexible patient success framework that guarantees a world-class experience for both you and the patient. You should enjoy working in a gym setting, beside strangers and friends. You should like networking and collaborating with other health professionals and thinking strategically about how we can better serve our community by working together.

This full-time position will be responsible for:

• Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs.
• Customized Care Plans: Craft tailored treatment and maintenance programs that promote recovery and well-being.
• Community Engagement: Step outside the clinic and join forces with fellow health professionals to share knowledge and spread wellness.
• Sports Performance Programming: Develop cutting-edge sports performance programs to elevate athletes to their peak potential.
• Shape Tomorrow's Care: Be at the forefront of patient care by innovating and shaping the future of how we deliver exceptional experiences.
• Genuine Conversation: Must enjoy genuine conversation and supporting those in need at a vulnerable point in their life

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
• Preferred CSCS, OCS, SCS certifications
• Skills in manual therapy and sports background
• You’re known for listening to patients not just with your ears, but with your heart, ensuring each care plan is as individual as the person it’s designed for.
• Problems to you are just puzzles waiting to be solved, and you're the master at fitting the pieces together for the best patient outcomes.
