Congratulations on your academic success thus far at UCSF. I completed my orthodontic residency at UCSF in 1976 and have the utmost respect for the school and the doctors who come out of their program.

I am reaching out as I am recruiting a pediatric dentist to share space in my Carmel office. After over 40 years of creating beautiful smiles in Monterey County, I want to spend more time with my family and less time in my satellite offices.

A little about my practice: My home office is in Monterey, a gorgeous coastal community about 2 hours south of San Francisco. My satellite offices are located in Marina and the world-famous beach town of Carmel. I am looking to recruit a pediatric dentist to use my Carmel Office to build their practice. I am a progressive orthodontist, continually utilizing and incorporating the latest in orthodontic technology. With 3 locations and my treatment schedule, my satellite offices sit empty most of the time and I am thus looking to rent the pre-equipped space to another doctor to grow their practice, as I did decades ago.

Presently, there are no pediatric dental practices in Carmel, so families are required to commute to Monterey or Salinas for treatment. Carmel has an increasing school population and presents a wonderful opportunity to establish a pediatric practice. The office itself is located in close proximity to the local grade schools, middle school, and high school.

In addition, the growing communities south of Carmel, specifically, Soledad, Gonzales, Greenfield, Chualar, and King City are without a pediatric dentist, which offers the option of a satellite office.

This community is truly incredible – from the friendly patients, to the stunning views, to the quaint restaurants and cafes, to the schools – it’s an amazing place to settle down and build a practice.
