Securing Certifications: Create the process, guidelines and drive changes in the company to secure COPE certification for Sci Forschen Inc.

Securing Impact Factors: Create process and work streams to get impact factors for every eligible journal. Get impact factors from internationally recognized sources such as Thomson Reuters etc.

Communication with Our customers and Editorial Board: Communicate orally and through emails with our customers, editorial board members regarding various operational aspects such as Article status, review follow ups, revision follow ups, payment follow ups. The consultant is also expected to help in formulating a communication process protocol with editorial board members to keep them informed of the journal activity, progress and get insights and inputs from them to improve journal quality.

Prepare and Launch Conferences: Sci Forschen is planning to launch a series of conferences starting from January 2019 across the world. The consultant will help in coordinating the whole pre-work until the day of conference. This includes researching and finding various venues (or interact with venue sourcing agents), formation of Conference organizing committee of professors. Preparing a schedule for two day / one day conferences. Reaching out to corporate sponsors, addressing their questions and getting them signed up for our conferences. Help in all kinds of communication with organizing committee, attendees, corp sponsors etc. and venue contacts and various vendors in successfully conducting conferences.
