Job Description
The Management Consultant will coordinate and manage client projects by applying Qral tools and methodologies to drive optimized commercial strategy and operations decisions through insights from quantitative and qualitative analyses while providing exceptional, high touch client service to our commercial leadership clients. This is a client-facing analytical role, with day-to-day communication responsibilities across individual projects.
The Management Consultant will design complex quantitative and qualitative analyses, and teach, train, and mentor an internal team of analysts in the production of accurate and timely deliverables and client service best practices.

Specific Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree within a discipline requiring a strong analytical aptitude; MS, MBA, PhD degrees would be a plus
- 3+ years’ work experience within consulting, business analysis, strategic planning or life sciences preferred (internship and co-op can be considered based on work functions)
- Outstanding analytical abilities, the ability to structure quantitative and qualitative problem-solving approaches
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Depending on Role: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Tableau, Alteryx, R, Amazon Web Services
