Our office is looking for one full-time and one part-time associate dentist who can join our team starting in May/June 2022. We are a private, fee-for-service practice in Downtown West Portal looking for an associate dentist starting in May/June 2022. Looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, a good team-player, kind and honest. The dentist has the flexibility to schedule one-column or stagger two-columns with one hygiene check per hour. Our office has supportive staff and long-term patients! Our patients appreciate a thorough explanation of treatment plans and procedures, quality and individualized dental care, and consistency in dental staff. We are looking for an associate dentist who is interested in long-term employment. The office is positioned in a very high visibility, store-front location. It is conveniently and centrally situated in a beautiful community that is easily accessible by major roadways and Muni. In addition, this office is affiliated with an office in Honolulu, Hawaii. If you are able to obtain licensure-by-credentials, you may have an opportunity to also travel to Honolulu to work in our second office. This is optional but an added benefit. We are looking for an associate dentist with: - 2+ years of experience and will be willing to mentor the right person. - Personable, articulate, confident, and kind. - Excellent clinical skills, especially in anterior restorations (composites/veneers) - Invisalign provider is a plus, we are a Gold Provider and growing monthly with access to an iTero - Able to work independently without owner on site - Willing to assume leadership role Work week is Monday-Friday, potentially adding two Saturday's. But full-time dentists work 4 days per week and part-time dentists will work the remaining 2 days per week. Compensation is highly competitive; will have a generous base pay and percentage of collections structure. A great location and an exceptional opportunity.
