Balance Physical Therapy is looking to add a full-time Physical Therapist to our team who is passionate about helping others and has the ability to relate to all types of people with effective communication. We are looking for a self-motivated, compassionate, hard-working individual who is able to work independently while having the ability to collaborate with a team. He or she should be able to demonstrate critical thinking, interpersonal skills and be punctual in a fast-paced athletic environment. The ideal applicant would have experience in manual-based therapy and strength & conditioning, while this is not a requirement it is a PLUS. Adequate training will be provided as necessary.
We schedule 60 minute evaluations and 30 minute follow-up visits with the assistance of aides to ensure continuity of care and you’ll have the opportunity to see the patient from evaluation through discharge while collaborating with the team.

Requirements:
- The candidate must possess a license in good standing or have PTLA status in California, and must be able to work with a variety of patients and co-workers in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
- CPR and first aid certification.
- Must be efficient in completing EMR documentation for each patient.
- Complete at least 10 hours of continuing education every two years.
- Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations.
