Annual Pay & Benefits

• $185,000 base salary (depending on experience) = $3,557.69 per week
• 4% retirement match (100% vested on day one) = $7,400 extra per year
• $2,500 CE reimbursement
• $1,000 professional licensing reimbursement
• 40 hours of CE leave
• 3 weeks of PTO (sick & vacation) + 7-8 paid holidays
• Productivity bonuses (over 15 patients per day on average)
