** Family Primary Care MD, Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant ** Well established private family practice located in Berkeley, CA is seeking a full-time or part-time MD, NP, or PA. • Graduate of accredited program • Possession of a valid CA licensure • Current DEA certificate • Experience in primary care required • Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously • Salary and benefits negotiable depending on experience • (Recommended) Proficiency with electronic medical records - We utilize Practice Fusion
