Great opportunity for young or middle aged DDS to associate with an option to purchase a 32 year old thriving practice in a stand alone building.  

Located on the beautiful North coast of California in the scenic town of Fort Bragg.  This practice is currently not even accepting new patients due to its excessive patient load. Currently owner works only 26 hrs/week and desperately needs associate to handle overload of new patients. 

Owner would like associate to work 4 days /week and will scale back his own hours to allow more time for associate to grow his practice.  Owner will help new associate transition into practice and stay on as needed in limited capacity. Owner will mentor new associate and help learn intricacies of practice management, patient care, scheduling and how to succeed in growing a strong relationship with patients.

Associate will have option of purchasing practice with owner financing so no need to qualify for bank loans.
