The Charge Nurse will be responsible for the organization and planning of nursing care provided by caregivers affiliated with overRNight RN. As a manager, the Charge Nurse is involved in assessing, evaluating and setting clinical standards and objectives for the organization. Specific duties include:
Recruiting and vetting caregivers (RNs and CNAs)
Periodically review and approve nursing policies and procedures
Evaluate nursing staff performance
Collaborate with management and partner surgeons in the coordination of services
Coordinate patient education
As required, accompany company executives to meetings with surgeons and partners
Ensure that nursing care is meeting patient needs and expectations
Support the social media and web outreach with content and ideas

BSN Required, current MSN students preferred
PACU, OR, or Med/Surg experience required
Previous home health experience preferred
