Nursing & Rehab At Home, a Medicare Home Health Agency owned by a physical therapist and serving the San Francisco Bay Area for over 22 years is seeking Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).

The service areas for this job include San Mateo, San Francisco, and Santa Clara counties.

Job Requirements: 
  • Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant curriculum accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • Certified with the National Certification Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • Licensed by the State Board of Healing Arts
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
