YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Cell Biologist Co-op, are to:
- Perform existing cell-based assay protocol with modifications as needed to enable multiplexed reporter readout;
- Establish quantitative analysis approach to interpret results
- Collaborate with scientists to understand experimental workflows and data handling practices;
- Understand and apply statistical measures to determine screen and assay quality;
- Document protocols in detail for all workflows and ensure knowledge transfer to CSI team members;
- Prepare a draft manuscript for internal and/or external publication;
- Collaborate with CSI team members and other Bayer stakeholders in
- Crop Science & Pharma to deliver results;
- Comply with all safety, stewardship, and IT/information security policies and regulations.

- Master's or PhD in progress, in plant biology, cell biology, transient assays or a related field;
- Proficient in cell biology and detection measures for general laboratory practices;

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
