About this Job

We are seeking an individual who is currently pursuing a doctorate or who has recently completed graduate studies in a scientific discipline with relevance to biotechnology. The individual will work directly with the firm’s senior investment professionals to diligence investments in biotechnology. Thus, this is an excellent opportunity for firsthand learning and mentorship. The role will be remote and initially part-time with the possibility for full-time employment after completion of graduate studies.

Applications will be evaluated as they are arrived and the position will be filled once an appropriate candidate is found. Thus, while there is no formal application deadline, it is in your best interest to apply sooner than later.

The candidate must be proficient in analyzing scientific data and candidates not pursuing or without an advanced degree will not be considered. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, creative, questioning, motivated, and able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a small team environment. Strong communication skills are a must. Though not necessary, familiarity with financial modeling is a positive.
